I'm passionate about helping women achieve vibrant health through various forms of self care such as fitness, nutrition and alternative health care products like essential oils. 


Yoga

Small group classes that are supportive and welcoming for all levels. Take much needed time to release tension and reconnect to your breath.

Helping you find your inner light, we develop personalized one on one exercise programs for both strength training and Yoga.

Wellness

Offering Essential Oil and Nutrition Consultations, Yoga Retreat Days as well as various Holistic Health Workshops each month.
